Home-made pizza dough

For perfect dough, use cold water instead of warm to assure slow rising. Choose flour type 00 as it gives the dough more structure and chew. Knead thoroughly to develop gluten, which is essential for a good dough structure.

  • 355 g water
  • 13.5 g salt
  • 1.1 g fresh yeast

INGREDIENTS FOR 1 PIZZA
  • 1 dough (230 g)

  • 5 spoons of fig jam
  • 6 slices of bacon
  • 100 g of Brie cheese
  • 1 fresh peach
  • Fresh basil leaves

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread the fig jam on the dough and bake the pizza with PizzaPlus programme. Separately, grill the peach slices and bacon in a pan. Place brie, baked peaches, bacon, and basil on the baked pizza.

Veggie time

INSTRUCTIONS

Spread the San Marzano tomatoes on the dough. Add ingredients in this order: herbs, mozzarella, salami, olives and bake with PizzaPlus programme.

Hawaii night
INGREDIENTS FOR 1 PIZZA
  • 1 dough (230 g)

  • 200 g chicken breast
  • olive oil, salt & pepper
  • 2 spoons garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon of herbs (dried basil, oregano, rosemary)
  • 1 mozzarella
  • 1 cup of fresh pineapple chunks

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Season the chicken meat with salt, pepper and olive oil. Cook it in a hot pan, let it cool and cut into pieces. Spread the garlic paste over the dough. Top the dough with half of the sliced mozzarella, herbs, chicken pieces and pineapple. Finally, add the remaining mozzarella on top of the pizza and bake with PizzaPlus programme.
